  I called for availability on an exhaust, wast told to bring it in the next morning, they would be able to look at it then. When they did get to it, end of the day, I was contacted and given their plan, and cost. - a re-weld because the parts were good - not even 10 min later I was called and told they would need to order parts. they can not re-weld because of broken bolts. the next day, very end of the business day I received a call, told me the bolts were giving them problems, it would not be completed that day. when i called the next morning, I was told, it would not be completed until at least mid-day, because the bolts were giving them problems.
